Scott W. Hoffman
Scott W. Hoffman is a member in the Real Estate and Business Groups. His practice focuses on real property, business law and secured lending, with particular emphasis on real estate acquisitions, development and sales. In recent years, Mr. Hoffman has represented several developers on various mixed use and hospitality projects and provided representation through all phases of development.
Mr. Hoffman was born in Weymouth, Massachusetts and joined the firm in 2003. He received a J.D. degree in 1998 from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1994, as a member of Phi Kappa Phi.
Mr. Hoffman has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1999 and is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and South Palm Beach County Bar Association.
