Rachel L. Ricci
Rachel Ricci is an Associate in the Real Estate and Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate development, with emphasis on condominium and homeowner association law. Ms. Ricci also handles foreclosure defense cases and other real property related civil litigation actions. In recent years, she has represented condominium and planned unit developers, drafting, amending and interpreting governing documents.
Ms. Ricci moved to Florida from Chicago, Illinois in 1996 and joined the firm in 2007. Ms. Ricci was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Melanie G. May, Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal, in West Palm Beach, Florida from 2003-2004. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University, J.D., summa cum laude, in 2002 where she was a member of the Nova Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology from Florida Atlantic University in 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts from Illinois Institute of Art/Ray Vogue in 1993.
Ms. Ricci has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2003 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
