Andrew M. Gross
Andrew M. Gross is a member in the Real Estate and Business Groups. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate including development, financing, sales, acquisitions, leasing, hospitality and condominium, and business law including sales, acquisitions, corporate governance and structuring. He has worked as in-house real estate counsel for a national corporation, practiced in a large law firm and has maintained his own boutique law practice, Hunt & Gross, P.A., with special emphasis on developer representation for a variety of large mixed-use residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Mr. Gross is also a board member of the City of Boca Raton Environmental Advisory Board, having served from 1994 through the present.
Mr. Gross received a J.D. degree with honors from the George Washington University Law School in 1989. He received a BA undergraduate degree cum laude from Emory University in 1984. Mr. Gross is a member of the Bars in Florida (1989), Maryland (1989), the District of Columbia (1990) and New York (2010). He is also a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
